AUTHENTICITY
Q: Are your items all authentic?
Yes. Every single item is screened for authenticity before posted on Forever Red Soles. We use in-house luxury designer experts to authenticate. We also use third party authenticators whenever we are in doubt.
Q: Are your items guaranteed authentic?
Yes all of our items are guaranteed authentic or your money back. If you receive an item and believe it isn't authentic, we will require you to have it authenticated from a reputable online authentication service (such as http://authenticatefirst.com). Please do this immediately. If the results come back that the item isn't authentic, we will cover your return shipping and give you a 100% refund once the item is back in our hands. This policy is effective for up to 2 weeks after you receive your purchased item.
RETURNS
Q: Do you accept returns/exchanges?
We do not offer refunds on any item unless the item is deemed non authentic. All sales are final. Please contact us with any questions prior to purchasing.
Q: If I purchase an item and a month later something goes wrong (the zipper breaks or the leather starts to crack), can I return the item or get a partial refund?
No. If the item was received in the condition that we described it in when it was first purchased, that is all we take responsibility for. We do not offer warranty for any of our items. This is a consignment shop, we do not have the option to send merchandise back to the manufacturer or Chanel/Gucci etc. You will be responsible for any repair costs.
Q: If I receive an item that has flaws/wear that was not listed in the product description or shown in a photo, can I return the item?
Yes. If you receive an item and you spot a stain, rip, tear, broken zipper, etc. that was not mentioned in our description or photographed, we will give you the option to return the item. We inspect our products very carefully and take numerous photos in all angles to give you an accurate idea of what you are receiving. However, it is possible for us to miss something and in that case you will have the option to return it.

Q: Where are the items shipped from?
All items are shipped from Alberta.
Q: Does Forever Red Soles have a physical store location?
We are online based only.
PURCHASING
Q: If I am local, can I do pick-ups?
Yes for orders over $300. Please contact us to arrange a pick-up in St. Albert, Alberta. When purchasing an item please make sure to choose the local pick-up shipping option which will exclude the shipping cost. Pick-up is only available for items that have already been paid in full.
Q: If I am local, can I do try-ons or viewings?
Sorry due to our busy schedule we do not allow try-ons or viewings.
Q: Do I have to pay tax?
Yes. We are required by law to charge GST & HST. Once a business reaches over $30,000 in sales they are required by law to charge tax.
PAYMENT
Q: Do you offer layaway/payment plans?
Layaway is only available to our VIP members. Please contact us regarding VIP membership.
Q: Are your prices in Canadian dollars?
Yes all our items are priced in Canadian dollars.
Q: Do you offer any other methods of payment besides credit card and PayPal?
We can accept email money transfer (Canadian residents only). Please contact us if you prefer to pay with this method.

SHIPPING
Q: Do you ship world wide?
Currently we only offer shipping to Canada and the United States.
Q: Will I have to pay custom/duty fees?
If you are located in Canada you will not have any additional custom/duty fees. If you are located in the United States you may have to, but the majority of the time you will not get charged any additional fees upon delivery.
Q: Will I have to sign for my package?
All items shipped will require signature upon delivery.
SELLING
Q: Do you consider buy-outs for luxury items?
We do offer direct buy-outs for high demand/popular items. Please contact us for more information.
Q: What are you consignment commission rates?
Our commission rate ranges between 10-30%. The commission rate for each consigned item is based on price, condition, and current popularity/demand. We do not charge flat commission rates.
